The website was down yesterday, while today the API section still seems down. Any idea when will i be able to download my API data again?

Thank you for your report. Could you provide an URL showing the problem?
We experienced a server failure 2 days ago. We switched to our pre-production server to provide the service.
The server was back on tracks and we switched back the traffic to it.
You should have to wait a couple of hours maximum for the DNS (domain name system) to propagate the information.
